JUDICIAL DECISIONS
 
COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER NOT MANDATORY. --An employee who violates an employer's anti-drug policy may be disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits, even though the employer has not met the statutory requirements for establishing a drug-free workplace program. Georgia-Pacific Corp. v. Ivey, 250 Ga. App. 181, 549 S.E.2d 471 (2001).
